Tuition Policy
1999-2000
Tuition Policy
Tuition for the 1999-2000 school year is $4200.00 per full-time student. Tuition payments can be made:
- annually: 100% is paid by August 15
- semi-annually: 50% is paid by August 15 and again by January 15
- ten monthly payments: due the fifteenth day of each month from August 15 through May 15
These payments, made payable to Come Spring School, may be mailed to the school or placed in the school’s in-class mailbox when school is in session.
For students entering the start of school, one tenth of the annual tuition ($420) is payable prior to the child’s first day of attendance. This amount is non-refundable.
A $100 deposit is required by May 1 to reserve each full-time student’s place. The deposit will be credited to the first tuition payment.
Withdrawal Policy for Full-time Students:
- Withdrawal prior to school starting:
The $100 deposit will not be refunded after August 1.
- Withdrawal between the first day of school and September 30:
If a student withdraws during this period of orientation and adjustment, one-fifth of the annual tuition is due and non-refundable.
- Withdrawal between October 1 and December 31:
If a student withdraws during this time, one half of the annual tuition is due and non-refundable.
- Withdrawal between January 1 and the end of school:
If the student withdraws during this time, the total remaining annual tuition is due and non-refundable.
Withdrawal Policy for Students Entering After the Start of School:
- Withdrawal during the first 30-calendar days of attendance:
A 30-day adjustment and orientation period applies from the first day of attendance. If the child is withdrawn during this 30-day period, an additional one-tenth annual tuition payment is due (for a total of one-fifth) and non-refundable.
- Withdrawal after the 30-day period:
If the child is withdrawn after the 30-day period, the balance of the semi-annual tuition is due and non-refundable.

Withdrawal Policy for Home School Enrichment Students:
- Withdrawal prior to payment due date for that session:
Tuition for that session less the $25.00 deposit will be refunded.
- Withdrawal after payment due date for that session and during session:
Tuition for that session is non-refundable.
Extenuating circumstances related to a student’s withdrawal will be considered by the school on a case-by-case basis.
A tuition agreement form is enclosed for your family. Please sign and return it immediately.
